While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore, all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author only and not of the administrators, moderators, webmaster, or the Fraternity (except for posts by these people), and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, anonymous, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented, highly political, extremely religious, false information, or any other material that may violate any applicable laws of the land or conditions of the Fraternity.

You agree not to use this site to engage in morally objectionable activities, such as, but not limited to: activities designed to defame, embarrass, harm, harass third parties; activities prohibited by the laws of the United States and/or foreign territories; activities designed to encourage unlawful behavior by others, such as hate crimes, pornography; activities that are tortuous, invasive of the privacy of a third party, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable; activities designed to impersonate the identity of a third party; illegal access to other computers or networks (i.e., hacking); distribution of Internet viruses or similar destructive activities; activities designed to harm in any way; and activities that re-direct users to any site that may violate any of our policies.

Doing so may result to the removal of your posting or lead you to be temporarily, immediately, or permanently restricted or banned. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. Our board is monitored by moderators and administrators that will ensure that these policies are enforced.

The administrators, web manager, and forum moderators reserve the right to remove, edit, move, or close any topic without notice at any time we see fit. We also reserve the right to investigate or question any user who uses our message board, and to disallow such user from posting on our message board.
